I had a beautiful view of the mountains from my King Room with Mountain View at Bettei Koyoi. The bathtub was spacious and perfect for relaxing. The special dinner and breakfast were a nice experience. Despite the language barrier, the server made sure we understood each dish. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location, halfway up the hills, provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The service and housekeeping were impeccable, ensuring that every detail was taken care of during my stay. The free shuttle service was an added convenience, making transportation to nearby attractions a breeze. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to keep me comfortable, as well as an in-room safe for added security. The hotel also provided free toiletries and an electric kettle for my convenience. The television with a flat-screen TV and the carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delightful culinary experience, while the staff were friendly and attentive. The leisure spa & wellness center with a jacuzzi and the leisure/TV room provided relaxation and entertainment. The hot spring bath and open-air bath were a true highlight, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the natural hot springs. The free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security ensured a hassle-free and secure stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay.

the hotel provided me with a great wireless internet connection throughout my stay and I also enjoyed the breathtaking scenic view from my comfortable bedroom. the traditional Japanese breakfast offered an interesting cultural experience.
The bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Despite the friendly and welcoming staff at the hotel, their English language skills could have been better.

The hotel's stunning views were definitely one of the highlights of our city trip. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. One of the best things was the Onsen experience, allowing us to relax in the indoor and outdoor pools.
The lack of variety in the nearby dining options was a downside for us. the uphill walk to the hotel was quite a challenge, so we recommend taking the shuttle bus or cable car.

We chose a ryokan located near a botanical garden for a more peaceful experience, but it was difficult to find. Once arrived, the room faced the back of the mountain and was on top of a hill, which provided a beautiful view. The service was impeccable and the breakfast exceeded expectations, with traditional Japanese dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The onsen was also a highlight, with outdoor and indoor hot springs available.
The reservation system for the onsen and restaurant could improve for a smoother experience.
